DELL XPS 8700 Motherboard Power LED

Hi,

I recently bought a DELL XPS 8700 desktop.

Just recently, I noticed that there's this orange glowing light inside even when I shut down my PC.

I opened it up and realized that it's this Power LED on the motherboard.

Maybe i've just not noticed it before, but is it normal that this Power LED is on constantly?
