Got this desktop some days ago and I've been having trouble connecting to the internet. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. What could be the problem? I've been getting some help from a Dell Technical Support Rep. If I remember correctly, he told me that my desktop isn't the problem, it's my modem. Well, I just want to see what I am told here.
I have a Wireless G router. Clearwire is my internet service provider. Including this desktop, there are 7 devices currently connected to my network.
