Hi just bought a DELL Wyse 3000 Series Embedded desktop Thin Client.
Need to install a device however the Administrator password Wyse#123 doesn't work.
Tried support but require service tag number, typed that in but was also invalid.
Tried the "Detect product" which found the same service tag as I typed in....also invalid.
Tried ringing the 1-800-822-8965 tech support , no connection.
Went to the local international tech support for Denmark, links on web site circular
and no local number to ring, and if I want to chat or I need a valid service tag ....which of
course I haven't.
Short of driving to the head office I have no possible means of getting any help apart
from this forum.
can anyone help?
