Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 560 with and I have checked in the case that I have 1333 mhz DDR3 RAM however when i=I check what speed it is running at it says 800mhz DRAM speed, why is it being downclocked and how can i get it up to its correct speed as my motherboard can take 1333mhz RAM
