Dell Optiplex 760 - flashing green LED "3" and "4"

I`ve got a relatively old Optiplex 760 with a dead HDD and dying PSU. I could not find an exact Dell PSU so I put  a Corsair VS350 PSU and a working HDD, and the system worked for about 6 months, maybe more, without any problems or issues.

Few weeks ago, while the system is booted into Windows 7, it suddenly froze. Ever since, when I`m trying to turn the system on, I got a flashing "3" and "4" digits on from panel, above the power button. No beeps at all. Amber led on MB is lit all the time when connected to power. Fans turn for half a second and stop. I know for a fact that PSU is working properly. Both RAM sticks (800Mhz 1Gb+1Gb) tested in another PC, no issues at all, work fine.

I`ve read quite a few forums where users describe similar issue. The 3 and 4 LEDs indicate RAM issue, but as I said, the modules are verified fine. Official troubleshooting manuals do not add any information on flashing 3 and 4.

Is there anything else I can try? What can it be if RAM is good?
