I have a Dell Inspiron One 2330, first purchased in February 2013 (so it is out of warranty). About a week ago, I noticed a crack in the screen. The screen is currently usable, as the crack is only around the bezel area -- but I would like to get it fixed, and to know how much this will cost.
I called Dell customer service and have been bounced around from number to number, without anything getting resolved.
Can someone assist me with getting this resolved? I'm open to fixing it myself, if that's possible, as I see replacement screens for sale on eBay and elsewhere.
