Bluetooth Problems

Hi,

I was having bluetooth issues about a month ago, but I  managed to fix them.

This time, it seems my bluetooth device has uninstalled itself. I can't find it in device manager. I tried to run the diagnostic bluetooth test and it told me that my device didn't exist.

I literally do not have bluetooth settings anymore. It's just GONE. All I did was restart!

I have NO IDEA how this happened. The only things I've installed recently are McAfee (which I replaced with Avast! during my troubleshooting process. I figured that I still had the subscription so I might as well use it) and Quicktime (to run in conjunction with a Steam game that I bought. I doubt the Steam game is the issue here).

I have Bluetooth speakers, which I've tried to remove as a device, but it won't let me.

I tried to install the latest drivers, but they both failed too (the problem got worse upon restart, since the error I got the first time I tried to install them was different from the second time, after I tried to restart to see if that would help).

I have Malwarebytes, which hasn't been able to find anything. I can include the log from the attempted driver install if that's helpful, but I won't in my initial post.

I've also noticed that my boot time if I "restart" is REALLY slow, but if I "shut down" and then turn my PC back on again my boot time is normal.

Please halp.
