I just bought a Dell XPS 8700 from Best Buy last Wednesday and now that I have it set-up and running I tried to update the drivers from Product Support. After running System Analysis it said I needed two drivers updated so I agreed and installed them but when I restarted my computer and run System Analysis again it said the same two drivers are needed again. I installed these two drivers four times and they are still not installed.
Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix this problem. These are the two drivers.
