Do I need to install both of the chipset drivers listed for my machine? Are they actually different? It makes no sense to have two, but I'm wondering if they effect different parts of the system. I just did a driver check by using the Dell System Detect software, which worked fine with other drivers, and it indicated I needed the Intel AMT HECI Driver, after previously installing it and rebooting the machine.
Also, the Windows 10 audio driver will not install. I have downloaded it twice and I received an error message both times. I've also chose to unzip it to a folder, but there weren't any files in the one it created. The size listed for the file after downloading is 325,409 kb, but it doesn't appear to contain any files after unzipping it to a folder. I'm running it as an admin. Is there an issue with this driver version?
Concerning the audio driver for Windows 10, the one for Windows 8.1 works fine, but I would like to know if there is an issue with the one designated for Windows 10.
