I updated the BIOS firmware from version A03 to version A12 on my OptiPlex 9020 desktop. After the update, powering up with F2 key does not enter BIOS setup like before, it just immediately boots Windows 10. I had to install BIOS firmware version A03 again in order to restore being able to use F2 key to access the BIOS setup pages.
Is there a way to contact Dell and report this BIOS firmware defect?
