Hi im a new member here have just got a xps 8700, has the i7-4790 16GB of ram 2TB HD and the geForce 745 4GB video card.
after getting it there were several updates, ive got windows 10 worked ok, but then after the nvidia update something went wrong because it installed went to reboot but never re started. the screen stayed black.
15 minutes later i was so upset i mashed all the keyboard buttons and it restarted!! but now it starts very slow, i have a black screen every time, i have no dell logo, if i hit F2 for bios it"ll stay black.
i've searched some forums but found nothing helpfull yet, also this is my 4th dell have had only minor problems in the past easily resolved, could use everyones help on this otherwise im returning it, thanks everybody.
