I've got a DIMENSION 9200 Desktop, it worked OK with one additional USB 2.0 PCI card (from Conceptronic). Suddenly one month ago I began having frequent blue windows coming up so I decided to go through the Diagnostics. I've got an error on the USB controller linked with the additional USB car. The error is as follows:

As it can be imagined, I don't understand a word. I've already updated the drivers of the USB controllers, changed the PCI card (with another identical one), but nothing changes and the blue windows came back again. Could anyone give a solution to avoid having that hateful blue windows again??
