I tried to update the BIOS in Windows and MS-DOS. It keeps saying BIOS Update Failed. It says: Firmware Update Failed. One or more contingencies failed. I downloaded the BIOS from DELL. I currently have A17.
What can I do? I need to have the BIOS A18!
