On both my new XPS8700 and my old XPS8500 (both running Windows 8.1) the automatic driver detect function on the Support page keeps telling me to update the Realtek 8111E Network Driver and the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility. Both of those drivers are up to date and don't need updated.
Why is this happening? Is there something I can do to fix it? If no, then when will Dell be resolving this problem?
