Problem: NIC - Intel(R) Ethernet Connection i217-lm

Hi, need help.

Dell Desktop 9030 AIO Series
CPU: Core i5
RAM: 8GB

I have a brand new Dell 9030 AIO, my problem is my builtin NIC device. Network cable is connected to switch but based on the network properties its unplugged. NIC driver is good, under NIC Device status: This device working properly.

NIC Driver = ok.
Switch = ok.
UTP cable = ok.

any idea from dell community.
