So I just dug up an old(er) XPS 8700 from the back of my hardware stash, and I booted it up.
I've been using it for a while now, and there's been this issue that has bugged me ever since I powered it up.
I am unable to use the Power Button on the top (When pressed and while it is glowing orange, it does nothing)
However, I discovered that when I UNPLUG the connection from my computer to a 14-Port Inland Powered USB 2.0 hub, the Light on the Power Button shuts off, and I am able to turn on the computer and reconnect the USB Hub.
If it helps, I just upgraded to windows 10 (But the issue was there before I had upgraded)
