Have purchased/returned 2 Inspiron 15 500 series i5558-2144 laptops now that are supposed to have a 5200U processor (as confirmed on the sealed shipping box) only to discover that a 5250U processor has been installed in the computer. As far as I am concerned this is fraud as the item is not as advertised. I am sure I am not the first person that has encountered this issue - has anyone been able to get this resolved?
