Hi,
In the last couple of weeks I have had two calls on my mobile phone from somebody who used my name and the correct Service Tag for my Dell lap top and said he was from 'Dell Support' and wanted access to my pc to resolve a problem on it. My first thought was that these two calls were scams and so I asked the person to send me an email to confirm who he was and his intentions. I have not received an email and so I am convinced this was a scam.
Please can anyone help me to confirm whether or not these calls are scams ?
