My venue 8 3830 android (4.4.2 jellybean) won't boot at all and i can't boot into recovery mode to either recover or wipe it. I've tried everything short of gutting it and replacing parts (I did pull back cover and compress air slightly but that's it so far) but I don't know if it's hdd or battery (top 2 obvious offenders, but if battery it should power on when plugged into wall charger etc which it's not) etc and i'm out of warranty so any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My other 2 venue 8 3830s are fine and I purchased all 3 at the same time for Christmas 2 years ago. It was working, plugged into USB and had full battery, went back shortly after and it was off and I haven't been able to get it back on since last night. I have plugged into wall charger and laptop usb and nothing happens with either, no light whatsoever on display or blinking lights and no matter how long i hold power or power + arrow there are no signs of life. Left off charger all night hoping plugging it back in this am would kick it in like it has in the past when it froze on occassion but that didn't work. I can't find any repair manuals anywhere online either if anyone has a link to an actual detailed manual that would be awesome! This did NOT brick after a failed update... it hasn't run any OS updates for awhile, it's just dead.
