OptiPlex 760 changing the OS from Dell's Win 7?

DELL OptiPlex 760 desktop with Intel 4 core CPU, 4 GB RAM & Windoze 7 installed.

I' a recovery disk which has the same Win 7 on it and my 3 XP Pro disk, PLUS a DELL XP Pro disk all CANNOT be installed on this 760 because the BSOD sez; "Sorry 'bout dat, BUT the existing OS is OK with god, Mike Dell, but NOT you? Who do you think you are??

After 3 (THREE) 12+ hour daze of trying I've decided to axe y'all OR use a 10 lb. sledge hammer on this ... :thing"! (Why does God HATE me???)

Win 7 is OK but; I NEED to modify it & get rid of the GARBAGE! Bells & whistles do NOT impress me!

My other (smaller) DELL 760 SFF accepts XP Pro, a non-Dell Win 7, and a DELL XP Pro 64 bit system with no trouble at all. Do a little typing & watch the screen for about 39 minutes (???) and the new OS is up & running, BUT NOT in this damned DEVIL of a mo-chine!'

Any ideas? Yes I DO have one "stick" of C-4, you thinking of the same thing as I am? Shouldn't I wait until the eve of July 4th?
