Dell Data Safe Local Backup

My desktop computer is a Dell, Inspiron AIO 19, running Windows 7, 64-bit Operating System.

Due to problems with it this year, I had to reinstall Windows from the discs supplied, resulting in the deletion of the Dell Data Safe Local Backup.

Whenever I try to reinstall Dell Data safe Local Backup or Backup and Recovery Application, I receive this message, as per attached picture.

Yet, I cannot see this program among the Dell programs, as per attached picture.

Can some one help me reinstalling it? It is not included in the installation discs.
